Shipping Changes
Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot control or influence the carriers shipping schedule. While we use major carriers who have excellent delivery records, severe weather and other issues may impact delivery times. We also cannot change a delivery address or shipping method once your order leaves our warehouse.

Multiple Recipients
If you need to ship gifts to multiple recipients please call customer service so we can set you up on a form or file to send us. Call 800-285-1880 for assistance.
Substitutions
Due to gift availability we may need to substitute a postcard item in order to ship your order as quickly as possible. If we need to make a change to your order, we will always use an item of equal or greater value and same city or state. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Product photographs are representative of the items included with each order.
Pricing, Payment, & Discounts
  • All prices are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, we will contact you prior to shipping and give you the option of accepting your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
  • We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa and Paypal.
  • We authorize your card when you place your order. We may add a small amount ($10 - $15) to the authorization amount to account for any changes you make to your order prior to shipping. We will bill your card when your order ships. You will only be charged for the items we can ship and the shipping method you requested.
  • You can use up to one Discount Code or Coupon per order. Discount Codes and Coupons cannot be applied to past orders.
  • Quantity discounts are only valid for shipments to a single location. However, we can often provide discounts for orders shipping to multiple locations. For more information, please call 800-285-1880 or see Discounts.

Sales Tax
We collect 5.3% sales tax for all orders shipped to Virginia destinations.
Guarantee

We strive to ensure you are always satisfied. If you are unhappy with any of our products (or service), please contact us via phone or email immediately. We will promptly replace any missing or damaged items and / or refund your account as appropriate.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
  • Return Requests - If you wish to return an entire order or an individual item, please email your request, including the order number and a contact phone number. We will attempt to contact you within 1 - 2 business days. We recommend you save the original shipping box to ease the return process.

  • Return Deadline - All return requests must be made within 14 calendar days following the date of delivery. If you do not receive an email or phone response from us within 2 business days, please call 800-285-1880 to follow-up.

  • Credits - We will credit your charge card for the purchase price of your items and any applicable taxes, less the outbound and return shipping costs, upon receipt of the merchandise at our warehouse. All items must be in their original new condition ready for resale by us.

  • Personalized Merchandise - There are no returns for personalized merchandise. All sales are final.
Missing or Damaged Items
  • If you were missing an item, or an item was damaged during shipment, we will arrange for the prompt replacement of the item (subject to availability).
  • Please report your claim within 7 business days upon delivery of your order.
  • Please email your request, including the order number, a contact phone number for yourself, and the items in question.
  • We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged items.
  • If the item is no longer available, we will attempt to provide an equivalent replacement or offer a refund for the item in question.

Invoices & Receipts
We do not include any pricing information with your shipment. You will receive a copy of your invoice, including pricing information, via email after you order ships. If you need a duplicate copy sent via email or fax, send us an email with your request (please include your order number).
