We offer 4 Shipping Options:
- Standard Delivery Service (Up to 5 Business Days)
Your order should arrive within 5 Business Days, AFTER your order ships. The shipping time depends on which items you order and the destination. For additional information, call 800-285-1880.
- Expedited Delivery Service (3rd Business Day)
Your order should arrive, by "end of the day", 3 Business Days AFTER your order ships. Please note deliveries to residential locations may not occur until after 4PM. Occasionally we can reach a destination in 2 days or less via Standard Service - when we can, we will modify your shipping service and pass the savings along to you.
- Express Delivery Service (2nd Business Day)
Your order should arrive, by "end of the day", 2 Business Days AFTER your order ships. Please note deliveries to residential locations may not occur until after 4PM. Occasionally we can reach a destination in 1 day via Standard Service - when we can, we will modify your shipping service and pass the savings along to you.
- Next Day Delivery Service
To arrange for Next Day Service, call 800-285-1880. Next Day Air charges depend on the size of the shipment and destination, but are typically about two times Express 2nd Day Air Charges.
- Rates to Alaska and Hawaii are based upon the shipment weight and calculated during checkout. Expedited 3-Day Service not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
- Rates include packing your order with protective padding in a heavy duty shipping box. Most orders are shipped via UPS ensuring fast, safe, and reliable delivery. You will also receive an email notification with your tracking number at no additional charge.
Delivery Guarantees - Plan your Order Date & Shipping Method carefully!
All shipping schedules are estimates. While we ship via UPS who are very reliable, delays can occur. Delivery delays due to inclement weather, incomplete address information, or other events deemed beyond the control of the Carrier void their service guarantees. We cannot issue any shipping or product refunds in these instances. However, if a package is delivered late, and the Shipping Carrier agrees to issue a credit or refund, we will issue a shipping refund to you.
Saturday Delivery - We can arrange for Saturday delivery to selected locations. The order must ship on a Thursday via Express 2-Day Service or on a Friday via Next Day Air. Please call 800-285-1880 to arrange Saturday delivery. There is an additional $25 Saturday Delivery Fee.
International Delivery - We can ship to business / commercial locations outside the U.S. on a special order basis. All international orders ship via UPS Worldwide Express Air Service. We will bill the shipping charges direct to your UPS Account. The minimum order is $250. Call 800-285-1880 to arrange. The recipient will be responsible for all local duty charges, taxes, and any customs brokerage fees. These rates vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance of the shipment. You have the option of electing to pay these fees for the recipient - UPS will issue a separate invoice after the shipment clears customs.
Business vs. Residential Locations - When possible, we recommend shipping to a business location. Deliveries to business locations typically occur earlier in the day and have someone available on site to receive your package and ensure it is safe.
Shipping Addresses - We can only ship to physical addresses - No PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
Turnaround Time - Most orders ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY, AFTER you place your order. Exceptions include custom postcard orders and large orders, which may require additional time.
If you have a deadline to meet, please note your delivery deadline in the "Delivery Deadline" section during Checkout. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will notify you via email or phone.

- Same Day Shipping - Whenever possible, we will ship your order the same day. If you need an order shipped the same day, call 800-285-1880 to ensure we can meet your request.
- Business Days - Delivery Schedules are measured in Business Days, FOLLOWING the date your order ships. Business Days typically include Monday through Friday, EXCLUDING some national holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day).
- If you place your order on a Monday - it will usually ship on Tuesday. If you select Expedited (3 business days) Service, your order should arrive Friday.
- If you place your order on a Friday - it will usually ship Monday. If you select Express (2 business days) Service, your order should arrive Wednesday.
Shipping to Multiple Recipients / Addresses
To send a gift to multiple addresses, you need to enter a new order for each destination. Since our Shopping Cart stores your Billing Address and Products, you only need to enter the Shipping Address and Credit Card Information for each additional shipment. After completing each order, return to your Shopping Cart and complete the next Checkout.

Delayed Shipping Requests - Birthdays, Holidays, etc.
Schedule the delivery of your Postcards to coincide with a Birthday, Holiday, or other Special Occasion. Place your order today and request we hold your shipment until a future date. We will try to deliver on the exact date you request, but since we ship via UPS and FedEx, the delivery could occur 1 - 2 business days earlier. You can schedule your delivery for up to 30 calendar days after your order date.
To Delay Your Shipment Date:
- Delivery Date - Note your delivery date request the "Future DeliveryRequest" field during checkout. List the date you would like the gift delivered. For example: "Deliver On Wednesday January 5th, 2008".
- Delivery Days - Deliveries are limited to Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Delays - Account for potential weather or shipping delays by requesting delivery 1 - 2 business days prior to your deadline date.
Tracking Your Shipment
We will provide your shipment tracking number after your order ships. You can locate this number in your shipment confirmation which is sent via email from email@example.com. We recommend adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your email address book to ensure you receive important updates regarding your order.
You may also receive the tracking number via email from UPS (QuantumViewNotify@ups.com). If your order shipped via UPS, you can track the progress online by visiting www.ups.com -- or calling UPS at 800-742-5877.
Shipping Direct to Recipient - If you ship your gift directly to the recipient, you need to monitor the delivery status via the tracking information provided.
Shipping to Hotels - If you ship your gift directly to a guest at a hotel, you need to monitor the delivery status via the tracking information provided. We recommend you contact the hotel on the delivery date to ensure they have received the shipment and it is properly stored and routed to the guest.
Changes After Shipment - If you need to make changes to the Delivery Location after your order ships, you should call UPS directly. Changes cannot be made until the shipment actually reaches the destination city distribution facility. Please call UPS directly at 800-742-5877 and reference your Tracking Number. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to re-routing the shipment.
We cannot make any changes to the Delivery Method after the order ships.

- Gift Packaging - Each Postcard is hand packed by a member of our staff. The size and type of packaging varies by the contents and price. Please review the descriptions for more information. Your order is securely packaged in sturdy corrugated shipping package along with protective wrapping to ensure it arrives looking great.
- Order Confirmation - You will receive an Order Confirmation via email after your order is submitted.
- Shipment Notification - You will receive a Shipment Notification via email when your gift ships. The Shipment Notification serves as your receipt.
- Credit Card Charges - Your credit card is "authorized" when you place your order, but not actually "charged" until your order ships.
- Other Shipping Notices - You may receive additional notices via email or phone with updates to the shipping schedule.
- Packing List - We include a Packing List with each shipment, but it DOES NOT contain any pricing information.
