  Great Buildings of Boston Cards
An informative and fun guide to Boston's greatest historical buildings. This item consists of 48 individual cards, each one containing a photograph and history for a different building. The cards are made of heavy card stock, measure 3 1/4" x 4" (larger than a standard deck of cards), and packed in a box.
A busy colonial port, Boston grew into the biggest and richest city of New England, a center of learning whose celebrated universities have lately made the region a hotbed for biotechnology. During the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, public spaces, mansions, and campuses appeared within a stone's throw of Boston Harbor and the Charles River. From the handsome eighteenth-century spire of Old North Church to Faneuil Hall and Fenway Park, the noblest and best-loved of Boston architecture is depicted in photographs
With 48 fact-filled cards per set, Knowledge Cards are a great source of condensed information—all in a deck the size of a pack of playing cards!
On one side of each card you’ll find a beautifully detailed photograph of a fascinating building; the location, architect’s name, building dates, and structural design are noted on the back.
